Does anyone know the definition of the primary colors?

I don’t know the especific wavelengths of each color. The primary colors for photographic purposes are Red, Green, and Blue. White light is an even mixture of these colors. We see color as refected light. What appears to be red is something that has absorbed the green and blue light, and reflects the red light. Something that absorbs red and green light, refecting the blue light will appear blue. For something to appear yellow, it absorbs the blue light and reflects a mixture of red and green. Something that appears White reflects all three colors. SOmething that appears Black absorbs all three colors. I know I’m probably going to get blasted for this, but these are not the true primary colors. They are primary only in regards to light. The true primary colors are Red, Blue and Yellow. You would mix Yellow and Blue paint to get Green. White is the absence of color and Black consists of all colors.
