Does anyone know the correct dosage of Trinessa birth control needed to work as the morning after pill?

TriNessa (Ortho Cyclen, Ortho Tri-Cyclen) is not considered an effective emergency contraception. Since TriNessa is norgestimate/ethinyl estradiol and Plan B is levonorgestrel, there is a high possibility that trying to use TriNessa as an emergency contraceptive will not only cause significant nausea and vomiting, but also that it won’t work. I know you said not to bother if we’re going to recommend Plan B, but I volunteer at a womens pregnancy and health center and we get requests for this information quite often. There are websites such as http://ec.princeton.edu/questions/dose.h… that will tell you what birth control pills are suitable for use as an oral contraceptive.
