Does anyone know real estate developers looking for a great opportunity in Cache Valley / Logan, Utah?
My close friend’s family is selling 25-50% interest in 348 acres they own in Cache Valley, right next to Logan, UT. They are looking at holding onto the property for a few years while it appreciates, then turn it into a development, where similarly price acre lots are selling between $150,000 to $200,000. Their asking price now is $15,000 per acre. This seems like a really promising opportunity for someone with access to capital, and development experience would really be a bonus. I don’t personally know that many people from or investing in Logan, so please pass this information along to anyone that you think might be interested. As Logan has recently been featured in many magazines as one of the best places to live in America, interest in the area will only increase as time goes by.
