Does anyone know old navys online return policy?
Old Navy will give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. Returns are always free! If you want to send it, just put the return label (they should have given u one) on the box and send it back, sometimes they have already paid for shipping, if not you will need to pay for shipping. The only thing is that for returns it needs to be no longer than 90 days after the purchase date! Like the other person said, it is MUCH easier to run to the store if its close and have them take care of everything!
