Does anyone know offhand what airlines allow pets in the cabin area?
Almost all airlines allow small dogs in cabin area if they and the carrier can fit under the seat in front of you (i.e. 5-20 pound dogs). Most airlines are now charring for this (see below). The only other exception is service animals which are allowed in the cabin at any size by law.
