I have recently taken up ITF TKD and am hooked, the problem is that although I am relatively fit I am carrying quite a bit of excess weight around (Particularly in the gut area) which I would very much like to get rid of. My question is two-fold: 1. Can anyone recommend any good exercises particularly geared towards fat burning. 2. Does anyone know of West Point Fitness and Diet resources (Web, books, etc) nutrition seems to be a subject not very well covered in relation to martial arts, by teachers, students or anyone really.
