Does anyone know of some good puppy training websites or online resources?

Anytime you are trying to train ANY ANIMAL, think in terms of SUPPORTING the animal in doing the behavior correctly… Such as with House Training…don’t let an untrained dog run about unsupervised in your house…they don’t know what to do yet…except to cop a squat when they need to go! Use a crate, use Baby Gates (which you can stack one on top of the other, if you have a jumper!) USE A TETHER when you want to give your pup or dog some “freedom” but you can’t possibly keep a constant eye ON the dog.
