Serena, I would look to local Rotary Clubs to see if they could become involved. Behind Polio eradication, water issues dominate the agenda for many clubs’ focus on international issues. Rotary does not use purification packets that I know of…but we DEFINITELY use water purification devices and support well drilling. This is not the answer you were looking for, but it may be another route to take to get to the same result: water purification.
