Does anyone know of or have any outstanding, large scale real estate deals, but no buyer?
I have an accredited investor who is seeking to purchase residential real estate anywhere in the country (US) but he’s finding it tedious to find great deals. He has ready access to up to $50M (he and his partners have a private banker – so financing is absolutely no problem) and he’s looking to acquire one or many properties that have outstanding value propositions. Bulk deals, REO’s, multi-families, condo conversions, renovations – he will consider them all (but only residential). If you know of anything please get in touch with me. Also, as I will respect your time and effort, please respect mine and do not send anything that does not meet the above criteria. Also, along with any property/properties, please briefly describe the value proposition and avenue in which to make money on the deal(s). Execution of NDA’s, non-compete’s, etc., if necessary, can be done after initial review of property information and data analysis.
