i’m assuming u mean in thai baht… you won’t get any decent hotel in that price range. for 600 a day, u can get a standard room at Sawasdee Sea View but it’s more of a budget lodge than a hotel http://www.sawadee.com/hotel/pattaya/saw… if u can stretch it to 900-1000 baht per night, i recommend sunshine residences http://www.sawadee.com/hotel/pattaya/sun… Th price includes tax and breakfast, and yu also have a swimming pool and pleasing interiors.
