Does anyone know of any good non-religious hymns that are sung at weddings?

The definition of hymn: Hymns are expressly written for the purpose of praise, adoration or prayer, and addressed to a god or other religiously significant figure. While you probably will have a hard time finding a wedding hymn that isn’t religious, there are songs written by some independent artists like Dave Barnes (www.davebarnes.com) and Matt Wertz (www.mattwertz.com) that I’ve sang in nearly 10 weddings. They are pretty tame and work well for nice wedding music…in my opinion!

A hymn IS a religious song. However, there are some good SONGS you can sing – In my life – the Beatles Forever and ever, Amen – Randy Travis Titanic theme song – Celene Dion Pachebell’s Cannon – classical instrumental – but nice as a processional Spring – by Vivaldi – again a classical instrumental – but very nice as a processional – especially on a guitar Brandenbourg Concerto trumpet volley – again a classical instrumental – great for a recessional.
