Does anyone know of any good Deviled Egg recipes?
I buy my eggs a week or more in advance to make sure the eggs come out without sticking to the shell. I boil them, shell them and then chill them before splitting them and removing the yolk. I use all of the yolks but only 3/4 (or so) of the whites so that there’s TONS of filling. Depending on how many dozen eggs you’ll be preparing will change ingredient amounts but basicly I puree the yolks and add a combination of mayo and sour cream, spicy brown mustard, fresh ground white pepper and a little bit of pickle juice. I’ve put finely chopped onions in them and everyone seemed to like them but it was a classic taste. I have also added jalapeno juice instead of pickle and it was really good but it was definately spicy.
