Does anyone know of a way to insert a video clip with scrolling text into Power Point?

We have Trial Director and the video is synched with the text but the attorney wants to use Power Point. We can extract a clip without the text but can’t figure out a way to extract a clip with the text. The attorney insists that it can be done.
