As an Australian Citizen there aren’t many places you can go and work without needing a suitable visa or sponsorship. Depending on the country that you want to visit, if you are under about 21 (varies slightly between countries) you can apply for a Working Holiday visa (name varies) which generally allows you to work PART of the time that you are visiting that particular country. So, the short answer to this is that you’ll need to think of a place you’d like to visit and then examine the rules relating to working holidays at that time. If you have an EU passport (as well as your Australian one) and want to go to Europe things get much simpler, because you are free to live and work in any EU country without requiring visas etc, and of course you can return to Australia on your Australian passport without having to jump through any hoops either.
