Duge, there is one CARF accredited SCI Center in Indiana: Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana, Inc. 4141 Shore Drive Indianapolis, IN 46254 Phone: 317-329-2000 Website: www.rhin.com Although this is not in Bloomington, I would encourage you to call them and speak to the case manager for the SCI outpatient program. Find out who they recommend in that area. You might also want to consider going there for an evaluation initially.
