Does anyone know of a good high level business process re-engineering specialist?
The CEO of our company is interested in looking at our business processes and re-engineering them for efficiency. This will span all divisions and departments of the company including the back office functions. We’d like someone to come in and teach/train a core team on a a proven methodology for discovering and documenting the current state processes as well as defining the to-be processes. This individual would also guide those teams through a couple of pilot departments. All processes (old or new) should be qualified and quantified so they can be be measured for effectiveness (time, labor, dollars, etc). The idea is to have a core facilitation team work with individual department teams and bring this to every department in the company. The overall goal is to create an atmosphere of continuous improvement. Any help would be appreciated.
