Does anyone know of a “different” way of cooking potatoes thats not mashed, boiled or fried?”
Roasted, I like them with a little garlic and rosemary olive oil and right at the end some fresh grated Parmesan Cheese, or play with various seasonings or onions and things. Or Baked maybe twice baked and add some jalapeños, when you bake them make sure the out side is a little crisp and then scoop out the inside, mash it up with jalapeños some cream cheese or sour cream and a little cream and add some crisp bacon and green onions pop it back in the oven until golden add some cheddar or cheese of choice (we like to add some jalapeños to the potato mixture, but we like things spicy) and let that melt on top Yum! Potato Logs Wash potatoes using a brush to get all dirt off of them cut into 8 wedges. Coat them in your favorite Fried Chicken Mixture example butter milk, then eggs, then flour mixed with your favorite spices and back into the milk, eggs, and flour mixture, sit on a wire cooking cooling rack on a cookie sheet for about 30 minutes to let batter sit up and then spray well with
