strong urine smell is due to dehydration. However, sweet smelling urine could be a sign of Diabetes. Go to your doctor and talk to her / him about your concerns. However, in the mean time, take an at-home pregnancy test. If it comes out positive, you’re pregnant and you should get checked out by the doctor to be sure you are taking good care of yourself!

If you had sex there is always a chance for pregnancy. Unusual smelling urine is not a sign of pregnancy, though, but more like either dehydration or infection.
