Does anyone know if the ipod touch works with bmw 3 series (2007)?
The new iPod Touch uses the same iPod dock connector, so you’ll be able to just connect to the USB port on your car using the Apple cable included with the iPod. One thing to note is that the Touch might not physically fit into an iPod Classic-sized mounting bracket or dock, if you have one. In general, if the iPod accessory is just using the control pins (equivalent to the four buttons on an iPod Classic) and the audio pins, it will work with no problem; if the accessory usually requires additional software on the iPod, it most likely will not work with the Touch. The BMW car interface is just using those control pins, so it will work.
