Does anyone know if the I-9 form is going to reissued after 6/30/09?

The last this happened it took the government months to update the form with a new expiration date. We were told to keep using the old form until the immigration agency published a new form. • Reply Quote • 06-30-2009, 12:42 PM 8737 in reply to 8721 IT HR Joined on 07-25-2007 Posts 557 • Re: I-9 form • Report abuse • Help The USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced on Monday that this form will continue to be valid, even though the expiration date says otherwise, while they work with OMB (Office of Management and Budget) to get this form’s continued use approved. The article I read said they wanted to keep the same form, but just extend the expiration date.
