No, it’s not. Bank Holiday Monday was last week. There has been a school holiday for the last week, so perhaps the place you’re trying to contact is just busy catching up- either they’ve had a week off too, or they’ve got to make up for people having time off to look after their kids. Either that, or they’re just busy.
