Does anyone know if Goliath was a decrease of Orpah (Book of Ruth)?
I was at Bible study one night and mention that David killed teacher Goliath, 1 Samuel 17:50 that was a descent from the daughter of Naomi Orpah-laws in the book of Ruth. I can find no information. Please Help! I read the Tanakh lot and we agree, that probably does not say. Orpah married the brother of the first husband of Ruth (the first we know).
