More than likely they don’t….but no guarantees, unless you know for sure there are no additives. But black pepper is one of the longest-lived spices, and needs no preservatives to last up to 15 years. Olive oil generally does not have stuff added to it because that’s the value of the item: only olive oil. But I understand that if sulfites are added, the stuff must be included on the ingredients label for exactly the reason that you need to know.
