Does anyone know how to work a 6 changer CD player on an Audi A4 Cabriolet, 03 plate?

I have followed the instructions on the manual but every time I press load and try to load the CD it will not even allow the CD in. Then if I press the bottoms from 1-6 it then says error on CD 2 and error on CD 3. Just to add the CD’s I’ve tried are not copy CD’s. Thanks A: Ye. Time to switch it out. I had similar issues last year. Sucked. Try to get your CDs back tho. They never sent my stuff back.
