There is no Outlook 2003 for Mac. There’s Outlook 2001, and Entourage 2004. There is no out of office assistant in Entourage, I don’t know if it exists in Outlook 2001. In Entourage you could probably set up a rule to auto-reply. You can also log into your Exchange account using a Terminal Server or any Windows workstation. I believe OWA for Exchange 2003 may support this function, not sure.
