Does anyone know how to translate 16 names into Italian?

How about Preziosa, Melissa, Cristina, Giuseppe, Clara, Catarina, Lisa, Margaretta, Tiffani, Cristofero, Maria Anna, Tirone, Guillermo, Aprile, Scotto, Antonio, Matteo, Davide, Maria, D.G. Though Graham has a point about full names–I just guessed. Italian doesn’t have a “J” so most “J” names start with G. Not at all sure about Guillermo! I think William is something like that!
