Discard it with a card and revive it. Kaiser Sea horse is good to reduce tributes. Flute of Summoning and Lord of D. (combo) King Dragun (fusion of lord of D and divine dragon ragnorak, which is a 1500 4* normal) King Dragun’s effect allows you to special summon 1 Dragon from hand once per turn and grants all dragons immunity from targeting effects. Dragun itself is a 2400 Dragon. Mausoleum of the Emperor lets you pay 1000 per tribute to summon a monster without tributes and is a field spell. A good Blue Eyes deck usually focuses on constantly resummoning a destroyed Blue Eyes with Soul Resurrection, Birthright, Dark Factory of Mass Production (awesome if using Flute or Dragun, or Mausoleum.)
