I see you’ve already tried to do the reset in the owner’s manual. You will have to drive in the MPH ranges that the manual states for the car to recgonize the proper rotational speed the wheels should be turning at. The 01 MC didn’t have a TPMS with sensors. How it monitors “tire pressure” is by the computer keeping track of how many rotations each wheel is doing per minute (by using the speed sensor in the wheel hub) and then compares them. If one tire is rotating at a different rate, it calculates how low it is compared to the other tires. If calculates it is 15 PSI lower than the other tires, you will get the low tire pressure warning.
