You can use baby oil to get it off of the bottom of your shoes. Alcohol, lighter fluid, and nail polish remover will also remove the sticky label glue but be careful about what you apply it to because it can damage certain types of surfaces. In your leather car interior you can use furniture polish wipes or spray to remove the label goo.

Try some bath oil. Put a little on a rag and dab at the sticky stuff. I’ve used it on many things with good luck, but I can’t say I’ve used it on leather. It should work.
