Does anyone know how to remove mold from bathroom ceiling and walls?
It could be mildew too, but I would stay away from the bleach unless absolutely necessary, for your health and especially your son’s. Preferably, use a vinegar/water mixture. We use vinegar/water and sometimes ammonia, as a general cleaner in our house. It’s cheaper, and much healthier as opposed to the 1001 cleaners out there. The site below has 3 ways to kill mold naturally. Tea Tree Treasure, Grapefruit Seed Extract, and vinegar spray. Now, I would absolutely tell the Landlord immediately. He/she should replace the fan and ensure it’s venting properly. It’s in your landlord’s best interest to correct the venting problem as it will only cost him/her more money in the long run if there are major mold problems.
