Does anyone know how to make bubble tea?
First, buy a pack of dried tapioca, and also some fruits/whatever you want to but it the bubble tea. Next, boil the tapioca pearls until they are sticky and soft all the way to the center. Separate the pearls from the sticky tapioca residue by washing them, and spoon them into cups. Then, you can make the tea part of the bubble tea. Add milk, water, ice, sugar, the fruit you want to add, vanilla ice cream, cream, etc etc into a smoothie maker, and let it do it’s work until everything is crushed and mixed together well. Add this with the tapioca, and you’ve got home-made bubble tea! Or, if you don’t want all the work, just buy one from Dessert Dynasty. Their bubble teas are awesome. =) Hope this helps!
