Does anyone know how to get rid of pins and needles?
You should move the place where your pins and needles is to get the blood circulation going because pins and needles is caused by the lack of blood to wherever the place that you have pins and needles is. For example, if you have pins and needles in your hand you should flex your hand and fingers quite fast, clenching your fist and then opening it out a lot until the pins and needles is gone!
