We once had pantry moths, too. You have my sympathy. You can get rid of them, tho. We went through all items in the pantry and cupboards. Pantry moths like starchy stuff, like pancake mix, flour, potato buds, cereal, cake mix, etc. We threw out anything that showed signs of infestation (webs, worms, etc.) We then encased all starchy items in tupperware. We also wiped down all shelving with vinegar. We killed or vacuumed up any moths we saw. We used pheromone Pantry moth traps. They work great. You can get them at most hardware stores. We dented the population fairly quickly, but it took 2 years for us to completely get rid of them.
