Does anyone know how to fix a new electric wing mirror to a Corsa (53 reg)?
there s a peice trim inside the car on the door where the wing mirror is, take this off and check they have designed it right so the electrical connector is there {should be plugged directly into the mirror or a very short lead}, if it is unplug it unbolt the mirror {normally 3 bolts or 3 allen bolts and very rarely they use phillip head bolts} pull it off, replace it, if the connector isnt under the trim then the design of the car is poor and it means you have to take the whole door card off to get to the plug {probably also means there will be lots of fiddly little clips keeping the cables away from the window so they dont get cut when it goes up and down so dont forget to make sure the new cable is routed in the same way
