Does anyone know how to access competely free birth and divorce records in Arkansas?
Birth records are not public information anywhere that I know of.. free or otherwise. There are legal limitations on who can or cannot get them. IF you have legal authority for them (parent or individual), then they still are not going to be free. They ARE government records, not to mention that it is normal for fees to process anything through the govt. A divorce is not the same (since it is not used for things like id theft, so forth). These are accessible, SOMETIMES online, but not always. It would not be the full file, in any event. You may need to be aware of the location of filing, in order to find it. I am not saying you don’t have reason.. but authority is not always based on that.
