I have a brand-new 2006 Lincoln Navigator, vivid red, lost my actual garage door opener, have no idea where the so-cal “Easy Acces” user’s manual is, and now the whole thing is fading. So, I just assumed that it would be easier to program the door opener then take it to Maaco, and I have a Yahoo account, so here I am, begging for help. I DID NOT buy the optional HomeLink package. A: It’s going to be hard without the real garage opener. You will need it to “teach” your car what signal to send out. Best bet is to try e-bay to try to find a opener.
