Does anyone know how i can obtain a free list of foreclosed homes?
#1 In every location I know of all the foreclosed properties are listed and in the MLS. You can get all that information free from any Realtor. Most Realtors have websites that will provide that data without memberships required or you can call them up and have them email it to you. #2 The herd instinct is always very strong to do exactly what everyone else does. A few years ago everyone was paying way to much for homes without a thought because everyone else was doing it. Now everyone is buying foreclosures because everyone is doing it. There are often very nice homes at great prices that are not foreclosed. I would always compare all the homes and see which ones seem best to you in price and location and condition.
