Does anyone know good recipes from Slimming World using low fat cheese and/or pasta?
The two things I would definitely try and steer clear of if I were trying to lose weight, would be pasta, and cheese – low fat or not. Try swapping the pasta for wholegrain brown rice, it’s really tasty and provides a slow release of energy into your body unlike the peaks and troughs of blood sugar caused by pasta. If you must eat cheese, forget the low fat junk, and go for the strongest cheddar or parmesan you can find, that way you’ll only need a teeny bit to get the same taste.
