Hey I live in Melbourne and I often have to take relatives around when they visit, some of the places you might like are For Wildlife: Melbourne Zoo – if you’re only going to one animal attraction this one will probably suffice. It’s located just out of the city Healsville Sanctuary – A zoo with just native animals, decent size, but it’s probably an hour and a half from the city Weribee Open Range Zoo – A African Style open-range zoo. Good day trip, but it’s even further from the city. For Nature: About an hour from Melbourne are the Dandenong Ranges, and you can stop at the foot of the mountains and get maps from Tourist info which have huge lists of everything that’s up in the hills. So if you want dining/galleries/walking tracks/drives/views they’ll cater to your needs. For Fashion The city is filled with shops. Start on Swanston Street for all the bigger stores and then get adventurous and ty all the boutiques dotted around. For Beaches Phillip Island is beautiful and has a Fairy P
