Hi there! I used to work at 24 Hour Fitness in the Kids Club. I started at $7.10 (in OR) and after the 3 years I worked there, I was up to $7.85. I KNOW the front desk made more than that. It would really depend on what state the 24 Hour Fitness is in…Oregon has high minimum wage laws. For Oregon, I would think the front desk people make $9-12, and maybe $15 for a supervisor.
