Does anyone know anything about vertical tragus surface piercings?

I’m planning on getting this piercing on Saturday, and I need some help! I’ve had piercings before (five at different times, two currently), but have never had anything near or on the ear. The vertical tragus surface piercing doesn’t actually go through the tragus, but is in front of it on the surface. And I’ve heard that if rejects in most cases. I was wondering if someone who has one, or knows about them could help me out by telling me whatever you know about them. It would be much appreciated! Thanks!
