Does anyone know anything about lots available in Sun N Lakes, Sebring?
Debbie, there are many lots available in Sun ‘n Lake. Prices range from $750 to $187,000. Some lots are in the back of the development, and utilities have not been extended to them. They would not be considered buildable right now, but might be a good investment. Some of the lots have bonds that have to be paid for the extension of the utilities; sometimes a seller will pay them off, sometimes the buyer is asked to pay. Some lots have unpaid back taxes and Sun ‘n Lake assessments. That being said, there are many lots in desireable areas with utilities available and without unpaid bonds, taxes and assessments.
