Does anyone know anything about El Cid or Martin Luther?
I think Martin Luther was not part of the Medieval period but actually part of the Rennaissance, which was the cultural movement that reshaped Europe by introducing new ideas. These ideas were scientific, artistic, and spiritual. Martin Luther really changed how people perceived religion because before the Protestant Reformation, the Catholic Church dominated the religious landscape. They started selling indulgences to make money and did other extremely corrupt things. Martin Luther introduced the idea of reading the bible and coming up with his own interpretation and encouraged others to do the same.
