Does anyone know any zero calorie food(including veggies)?
I am currently on a 1000 calorie diet. The way to do that is with a lot of willpower and occasionally treating yourself. I’ve been doing this for 3 months and have lost 30 lbs. Drink a lot of water, coffee, tea, diet soda. Caffeine is an appetite suppressant. Do this for a week, only a week, and stick to it, and your stomach will shrink, making it much, much easier. Edit: As far as losing 5 lbs in one week, you probably have a lot of water weight. Drink half a gallon of water every day and cut your calories by 2000 per day. If this is only a week-long diet, you can do pretty much whatever you want. You have to eat at least 200 calories or your brain starts slowing down and your body digests muscle. Other than that, IF IT’S ONLY A WEEK, go nuts. Once you reach your target weight, slowly start eating more and watch your weight as you do.
