Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon is lining up a £45m bid for Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo. Chelsea have agreed an £8.5m deal with Lokomotiv Moscow for Serbia international defender Branislav Ivanovic. Bolton striker Nicolas Anelka is also set to move to Stamford Bridge for a £10m fee.
