Does anyone know any old wives tales about pregnancy or concieving?
Hi there Mr Squats, I heard about a gypsy old wives tale about conceiving many years ago. Since then, it has worked for many friends of mine. Gypsy women say that a woman trying to conceive must go on their own to buy a miniature doll. Then they must bury the doll. They must not tell absolutely anyone about it. Within a few months they will be pregnant. I think that it is a cognitive behavioural/ positive thinking issue…..it usually makes a woman really believe in the fact that she will get pregnant soon….and it works ninetynine percent of the time.
