Does anyone know any home remedies for making a urine test clean?
DO NOT trust anyone with a home remedy! Some people add bleach to their sample, others say drink lots of cranberry juice… there are so many myths and they are all wrong. If you have the time (like 15-20 days), there is a “home remedy” that does work… up your metabolism with LOTS of exercise and eating very frequently. Of course, drink lots of water. A few days before the test, stop exercising. There are many products for self-cleansing and detox for a urine test. I heard that some of them work well, but you can’t trust them all. A “one-day” product solution is to drink like 80 oz of detox tea and take the included creatine and B vitamin supplements. You need the creatine so that your test doesn’t show up dilute. But beware doing this; some testing places caught on to this and even report suspected cheats.
