Try a good exfoliating face cream or buy Clearasil from a chemists this works great for spots not sure about blackheads though there used to be adhesive strips to take them out but i m not sure if their sold anymore there very hard to get rid of. Whatever you do don’t try too much soap this only dry s out and reddens the condition.
