Does anyone know any good workouts to prepare for soccer season?
planks are good for ur abs run 5 miles every morning push ups get a 5 Pound medicine ball crouch down jump up and do a 360 spin Weil spinning in the opposite direction with ur upper body ( make sure not to over twist and hurt ur back) the brazilian work out is good too get a partner and throw a ball to each other trap it with ur foot then ur knee then ur chest then knock the ball down out of the air that should help with ur ball handling then try trap and serve back to ur partner with out having the ball touch the ground
