Does anyone know any good ways to clear up acne?
There are some quick ways to clear up acne if the dermatology problem is very mild and can be addressed through topical procedures. Skin care problems that are long term are generally the result of a more fundamental problem that may take months to cure. Acne can be caused by various health problems stemming from hormones to bacteria as well as more complicated internal issues.
I used to have severe acne. I was on birth control, 3 different creams, and antibiotics. I found out that honey helps skin very much so I started putting honey on my face for 20 minutes a night then just rinsing it of in warm water. It cleared up, it is itchy while its on but it truly works. Its not full of harsh chemicals that will in the end age your skin. Also I haven’t try this one yet but I was watching The Doctors TV and Dr.Ordon said that 3/4 cups of pumpkin mix mixed with 1 tablespoon of nonfat sour cream leave that on for 20 minutes then rinse it off and it helps with the acne and gives your skin a natural glow. I personally love facials and can’t wait to try this one! Hope everything works out for you!
Hey, i’m 14 and suffer from facial acne as well. A year ago it used to be really bad but since I starting applying plain yogurt to face it started clearing up. Apparently yogurt is a natural exfoliator and leaves you skin really soft.Try putting plain yogurt on your face for 5-10mins a day and then wash it off before applying a moisturiser. Hopefully the acne will clear up!
I am 14 years old, and a guy. What I normally do a few things when my acne gets bad (which is hardly every due to a strict diet). Use toothpaste over night and wash it off in the morning, it will shrink the pimple in size. However it can be dangerous for your skin. A natural method is two teaspoons of honey, and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder mixed into a paste. Apply it to the area over night and then wash with warm water in the morning. It looks like crap but it works.
